The News
DarioHealth announced the publication of a peer-reviewed study in JMIR Formative Research evaluating the real-world impact of its digital behavioral health program on workplace functioning. Among users reporting concentration difficulties, procrastination, and workplace mistakes at baseline, statistically significant improvements were observed within six weeks, with further gains reported over the following weeks.
The study assessed 1,254 users with concentration difficulties, 1,004 reporting procrastination, and 167 reporting workplace mistakes. The findings support the connection between behavioral health and workplace productivity, particularly as absenteeism and presenteeism continue to create significant costs for employers. Dario said the research adds to the growing evidence supporting its integrated digital health platform, which combines behavioral health and cardiometabolic care.

Behavioral health challenges can directly affect focus, productivity, and day-to-day work performance. As employers and health plans increasingly prioritize measurable outcomes, scalable digital solutions that support both employee health and workplace functioning are gaining importance.
Strategic Impact
The findings strengthen DarioHealth’s position in the employer and health plan markets by demonstrating potential productivity benefits alongside clinical improvements. The peer-reviewed evidence further supports the company’s strategy of combining behavioral science, data-driven insights, and continuous digital engagement to address interconnected health and workforce challenges.
