The Catalight Group and Cognoa have partnered to create an end-to-end pathway from early autism evaluation to personalized treatment. The collaboration combines Cognoa’s Canvas Dx™, the first and only FDA-authorized diagnostic AI solution designed to help clinicians diagnose or rule out autism in children as young as 18 months, with Catalight’s network of more than 15,000 practitioners.
With autism prevalence reaching 1 in 31 U.S. children and diagnostic wait times often extending 12–24 months, primary care physicians can use Canvas Dx to support diagnosis in days and refer children to Catalight for care. Catalight can place patients into care within 10 business days of assessment.
The partnership aims to improve access to care while supporting value-based, individualized treatment. Catalight, which operates under value-based agreements, has reported 30% cost reductions and research showing that lower-hour, personalized care can achieve outcomes equal to or better than traditional high-hour models. Canvas Dx has also demonstrated potential to reduce downstream payer costs and is covered under select commercial, private payer, and Medicaid programmes.
