The collaboration will initially focus on an AI-powered Employee Assistance Program (EAP), while also exploring precision medicine and next-generation AI solutions to support preventive and personalised healthcare.

ADHDS and TELUS Health will collaborate to introduce personalised employee wellbeing solutions in the UAE, combining wellness support, precision medicine, and AI-powered healthcare innovation. The partnership will initially focus on an Employee Assistance Program featuring more than 40 modules covering emotional, lifestyle, and wellbeing support. Delivered in local languages, the programme aims to improve employee focus, reduce absenteeism, and support measurable gains in productivity and engagement.
The companies will also explore next-generation AI solutions to improve access to care and operational efficiency, alongside precision medicine capabilities that could enable tailored treatments and earlier preventive interventions. ADHDS will contribute its digital health infrastructure, including Malaffi, the region’s first Health Information Exchange, as well as e-prescription, virtual hospital, and other health technology platforms.
