Happy Health has secured $75 million in Series A funding to accelerate the development of its AI-powered platform for continuous healthcare delivered at home. ARCH Venture Partners and OpenLoop led the round, which will support the company’s efforts to shift diagnosis and monitoring beyond traditional clinical settings.
The Austin-based company is initially focused on sleep, using its clinical-grade Happy Ring to continuously monitor physiological signals. The wearable received FDA clearance in October 2024 and was subsequently cleared in June 2025 for at-home sleep testing, becoming the first FDA-cleared smart ring for multi-night sleep testing and 24/7 biometric monitoring.
Through its Happy Sleep platform, the company combines wearable data with a clinical care team of board-certified sleep physicians. Happy Health says its technology can help diagnose sleep apnea in as few as three nights, providing patients with a more convenient alternative to traditional sleep testing.
