The News
DarioHealth announced that one of the five largest U.S. health insurers has expanded its partnership with the company by adding Dario’s AI-powered hypertension solution after positive results with its behavioral health offering. The expansion broadens access to Dario’s cardiometabolic care across the full blood pressure continuum, from pre-hypertension through Stage 2 hypertension, and could approximately triple the company’s revenue opportunity under the relationship. Revenue contribution is expected to begin in 2026, with greater impact anticipated from 2027 onward.
The agreement represents the third health plan customer to expand beyond an initial Dario deployment. With 12 health plan customers, six chronic condition solutions, and capabilities across prevention, rising-risk populations, and complex chronic care, Dario is strengthening its position as a multi-condition platform for health plans and self-insured employers.
Industry Perspective
Health plans are increasingly seeking integrated digital health platforms that can address multiple chronic conditions through a unified member experience. Expanding existing partnerships across additional conditions can improve care coordination while enabling payers to manage rising costs associated with complex chronic diseases.
Strategic Impact
The expansion highlights DarioHealth’s ability to deepen payer relationships and grow revenue within its existing customer base. Its multi-condition platform, combined with expanding clinical care capabilities, positions the company to capture broader opportunities as health plans increasingly prioritize comprehensive, scalable chronic care solutions.
