MOBE Partners with Sidekick Health to Expand Digital Support for Multiple Chronic Conditions

Overview

MOBE has partnered with and invested in Sidekick Health to strengthen its whole-person care model for individuals managing multiple chronic conditions (MCC).

The collaboration combines MOBE’s human-led care with Sidekick Health’s digital therapeutics platform to deliver personalized condition management, medication support and behavioral interventions for health plans and employers.

The News

MOBE announced a strategic partnership and investment in Sidekick Health to enhance care for people living with multiple chronic conditions, a population that accounts for a significant share of healthcare spending. The integrated solution combines MOBE’s personalized coaching and medication management with Sidekick Health’s evidence-based digital platform, which supports more than 20 chronic conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, obesity, arthritis, breast cancer, Crohn’s disease, menopause and mental well-being.

Participants will gain access to integrated condition and medication management, over 250 personalized digital missions, symptom and medication tracking, and on-demand digital guidance between coaching sessions. Sidekick’s platform uses gamification, adaptive learning and behavioral reinforcement to improve engagement and adherence.

Reported outcomes from Sidekick’s programs include up to a 39% reduction in emergency room admissions, 90% self-reported medication adherence among reminder users and up to a 25% reduction in disease symptoms. MOBE also expects the combined solution to deliver medical cost reductions exceeding 20% per active participant.

Industry Perspective

As the prevalence of multiple chronic conditions continues to rise, healthcare organizations are shifting from single-condition solutions toward integrated care models that combine digital therapeutics, behavioral support and personalized coaching to improve outcomes and reduce costs.

Strategic Impact

The partnership expands MOBE’s whole-person care capabilities by integrating digital therapeutics into its human-led model. By delivering coordinated, multi-condition support through a single platform, the collaboration aims to improve patient engagement, medication adherence and long-term health outcomes while helping employers and health plans better manage the growing cost of chronic disease.
