Solera Health Adds Noom to Its Weight Management Network

Overview

  • Solera Health has added Noom to its Weight Management network, bringing Noom Weight and its CDC Full Plus-recognized Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP).
  • Members will also receive access to a GLP-1 Companion program at no additional cost.
  • The partnership expands Solera’s network with a self-guided, app-based option focused on behavioral change and weight management.

The News

Solera Health has partnered with Noom to expand its digital-first weight management offerings for health plans and employers. The partnership adds Noom Weight and its CDC Full Plus-recognized DPP to Solera’s network, alongside a GLP-1 Companion program at no extra cost.

Based on cognitive behavioral therapy, Noom’s programs support sustainable changes in nutrition, activity, and behavioral habits. Published outcomes include 82% of Noom Weight members achieving at least 5% weight loss at one year and 64% of DPP participants preventing or delaying Type 2 diabetes. Solera’s matching platform will connect members with the program best suited to their needs.

Industry Perspective

The partnership reflects growing demand for flexible, evidence-based digital solutions that support weight management, diabetes prevention, and people using GLP-1 therapies.

Strategic Impact

Adding Noom strengthens Solera’s curated digital health network while giving employers and health plans access to an established, self-guided behavioral health option without requiring an additional vendor relationship.
