Sword Health has acquired Kaia Health, marking the integration of the digital health company’s musculoskeletal (MSK) and pulmonary care capabilities into Sword’s AI Care platform. The acquisition will enable Kaia’s existing U.S. members to continue receiving care while gaining access to Sword’s AI-powered platform and care model.
Kaia’s established presence in Germany’s digital health reimbursement pathway, which provides access to digital therapies for more than 70 million people, will also support Sword’s broader European expansion.
